All pre-order sales are final and binding. Once your payment has been processed, cancellations, modifications, or changes to your order cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Estimated Shipping Dates

Estimated shipping dates are displayed on each product page and are based on the latest information we have from our production team. These dates are provided for reference and are subject to change.

Unforeseen circumstances such as manufacturing delays, production adjustments, or logistics challenges may extend the estimated shipping time by up to 30 additional days.

4. Shipping and Fulfillment

Your pre-ordered item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be held until all items are ready to ship together. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
