At Arovya, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be fully confident and happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to assist with our straightforward return, replacement, and refund process.
Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a 30-day guarantee for returns or replacements, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or request a replacement. To qualify for a return, your item must be sent back to us with a valid tracking number. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase or a receipt.
Please note that items returned to intermediary or third-party shipping facilities are not eligible for refunds. Only returns shipped directly to our warehouse next to Hong Kong (Shanwei) will be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable import duties and taxes. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
We kindly ask customers to avoid ordering multiple sizes or colors with the intent of returning unwanted items. Our team will be happy to guide you and help you make the right choice to avoid unnecessary returns.

We just started this year, and we are currently expanding our logistics network and are in the process of establishing warehouses in the United States and Europe to make returns easier and faster in the future.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect. This allows us to assess the issue quickly and provide the best possible resolution.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. Shipping fees and original handling charges are non-refundable. If an order is refused or returned due to incorrect address information or import refusal, the original shipping costs and related fees will not be reimbursed.
