At Arovya, we are committed to ensuring your order is delivered quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review the following information regarding our shipping process, timelines, and responsibilities.

Processing Time

All orders are processed shortly after checkout and typically ship within 48 hours of purchase, excluding pre-orders.

During busy periods, such as major sales events or peak seasons, processing may take up to 7 days, although this is rare.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment center near Hong Kong using trusted and reputable shipping partners.

Express shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

All applicable import duties and taxes are fully covered by us, so you will not incur additional charges upon delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping service. An estimate sourced directly from the carrier will appear during checkout. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

Address Accuracy & Changes

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error or need to update your address, please email us as soon as possible at hello@arovya.com. Our team will do its best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has processed by the shipping companies.

If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or customer error, we will do our best to assist in finding a solution; however, any additional costs or losses will remain the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While we work only with trusted shipping partners, unexpected issues can sometimes occur. If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@arovya.com. Our team will assist you and do everything possible to find a solution.

Please note that once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the shipment is outside of our direct control. While we will always help resolve issues, we cannot guarantee full refunds for carrier-related errors.
